Hello,

I've installed Adaptec 3940U2W on my machine recently but it won't work.
When it starts Adaptec is recognized but after that FreeBSD doesn't
load drivers even though they are in kernel.
Could somebody point me what may be wrong ?

Best regards

Hm. Hard to say (at least for me) what's wrong. I suppose you have
selected the right driver, isn't it?

Lightly confused,

Yes. I've tested it on FreeBSD 4.x stable and it worked perfectly,
than I've installed FreeBSD 6.0 stable and I can't use SCSI.
I use the same kernel config.
