Hi!

How can I make ports use OpenLDAP 2.2? Especially samba 3.0.4? I'd
like to link it against installed OpenLDAP 2.2, since some other
packages need this version. But samba keeps forcing building
OpenLDAP 2.1 and fails not being able to install, because OpenLDAP
2.2 is already installed.

Any hints are welcome!

See /usr/ports/Mk/bsd.ports.mk. Short answer: Put

WANT_OPENLDAP_VER=22

in your /etc/make.conf.
